ends of the earth.”

in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end

Outreach
Worldwide Outreach
We support a number of missionaries throughout the world as a Church on a regular basis and others on an ad-hoc basis as needs arise.
The following organisations and individuals are supported on a regular basis:
- Grace Baptist Mission - We currently support missionaries in the Philippines (Gilbert McAdam in teaching ministry at the Grace Ministerial Academy in Cubao; Aries and Jodith Liboro who are Church planting at Valenzuela City; and Matt Gamston who works among street children in Manila). We also support work among Muslims in the UK.
- Mission Aviation Fellowship - We support Paul Brooks who works in the MAF administration centre in Mongolia.
- Caring For Life - This is an organisation led by Peter Parkinson in Leeds reaching under-privileged young people with the gospel and providing care and living support.
- Wycliffe Bible Translators - We support Bertram Gayle who, based in Jamaica, is working on translating the Bible into Jamaican Patois.
In addition, the Church has supported the following missions recently on an ad-hoc basis:
- Morning Star - a growing work among children infected with Aids in South Africa.
- The Christian Institute - an evangelical Christian political lobbying group based in Newcastle.
- India Link Ministries - Founded and led by Paul Barnes. This organisation supports Indian Church workers in Church planting, Bible teaching and providing homes for orphans.
From time to time we support young people in the Church to go on short-term missions during holidays or gap years. For example, Nathan and Arwen Hopkins went to Watoto in Uganda to assist in a building programme to house orphaned children. Ben Roper and Anna Honeysett went to Budapest in Hungary to assist in running a Samaritans Purse youth camp for children from churches in Romania.
When there is a major disaster overseas, the Church is on hand to support evangelical Christians bringing relief to affected communities. An example of this was the 2004 Tsunami Appeal where assistance was given to Christians bringing relief to a Hindu fishing community in India by purchasing fishing boats to replace those destroyed by the Tsunami.
